Day of the African Child and Children's Day Messages

There is an urgent need to review certain traditions that harm the children in one way or another in Africa.

These are traditions that:

1. Prevents girls from going to school.

2. Mutilate girls.

3. Encourage child labour and abuse.

4. Discourages Immunization and use of medical facilities for treatment.

5. Promotes gender based violence and discrimination.

among others

Children's physical and mental health should be everyone's priority daily.
